Parley Room is a 1920s style cocktail bar opened in November 2022 by John Miller and Andrew Fox. Fresh and Awesome is what we strive to deliver and we pride ourselves on creating classic cocktails along with amazing Charcuterie and shared plates. Parley Room is located in Downtown Annapolis at 25 State Circle within the newly opened Capital Hotel.
